The conservation of certain already-existing elements such as facades or indoor courtyards -conservation work often subject to institutional regulations and sometimes client wishes- has allowed us to deepen our knowledge of the world of rehabilitation.

The critical phases are planned to minimise any impact on schools with work done during the summer holidays, so the surface can be replaced and recovered prior to the start of the following course.
Underground and above-ground sports centres can be expanded with other types of facilities such as indoor pools, gyms, weightlifting rooms, event rooms, etc.
All sports facilities are equipped with changing rooms and toilets and can be supplemented with spa areas for outdoor operation.
School remodelling work always involved an added difficulty: the execution periods.
Construction work is done during holidays to minimise the negative impact of any type of work on a school’s daily activities. The work is completed before the new course begins.

As a result of our experience in rehabilitation, we are qualified to do any type of foundation underpinning either using traditional foundation trenches or mechanical micropile systems, injections, etc.
As an essential complement to our main activities, we handle a number of jobs in the area of selective demolitions using specialised machinery in the open air or inside buildings.
We currently do work to stabilise facades with light metal structures for subsequent building demolition and the maintenance of singular elements like facades, stairs, etc.
